For me, taking the Transformational Coaching course was one of the best things that I chose for myself during the first half of 2022. Looking back at that decision, many parts of it was spontaneous, but the kind of “true calling” spontaneous. That’s why at the end of the first 24 hours of training, when Ronald asked us to reflect on one biggest thing we learned, I told everyone: Now I know I was born to do this. This confidence also comes from the excellently designed course, in which I understand the what, the how and the why of coaching. I’m particularly impressed with the clear framework and so useful handles of CMA that helped us to know how to practice coaching effectively and accumulate our experience. I’m also inspired and motivated by our instructor, Ronald, who has been a great role model for how a coach should be. Overall, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to start this journey and have seen so much beauty just at the start.
